The Delhi High Court has issued a stay on Central Information Commission (CIC)'s order asking Delhi University to disclose details of PM Narendra Modi's BA degree issued in 1979. Delhi University has moved the Supreme Court against this order and the court will hear the matter on April 2017.
Earlier, the university had confirmed that PM Modi had completed his BA course in 1978 and obtained the degree in the year 1979.
