Patiala House Court on Saturday issued notice to Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Vice-President Rahul Gandhi and 5 others in the Natioal Herald case.
All of them have been asked to file their response on Swamy's application within two weeks.
The next hearing will take place on October 4. Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had filed a private complaint in a local court on the Associated Journals issue. Read More : India News Today
